| Sudarsono is a lecturer staff in the English Department of Education Faculty, Jember University. He teaches in the areas of language skills, Translation, Language Laboratory Management, and Seminar on ELT. He has researched in the areas of TEFL and students’ learning style and motivation. Besides, he has done some social services in the area of the use of technology as media in language teaching to English teachers.
He once led the English Department from 1995 to 1999, the English language lab from 2008 to 2011, and the Education of Teacher as Profession for English teachers from 2012 to 2013. All of them were at the Education Faculty of Jember University. He is now finishing his doctorate program at Surabaya State University with his research interest in TEFL and autonomous learning. He is actively participating in national and international seminars in the area of TEFL as a participant and presenter.
